Amazing customer service crew! Super friendly, quick, and they really go the extra mile.

After puzzling over it for 20 minutes, I chose to reach out via the online chat support. I laid out my problem, and they sorted it out for me in no time.

I started a chat around 12:30am my time. The representative I spoke with didn’t just follow a script or give me generic responses. He created a video to guide me through a potential fix. After that, we talked about other options. He was well-informed about every question I threw his way without making me wait for answers. What a great experience!

I’ve been using Ontraport for years, but I switched everything over to a different platform. I chose to keep my account on a cheaper monthly plan just to transfer all my records. Yet, for the past six months, they’ve been 'automatically upgrading' my account without any heads-up. This has racked up nearly $3000 in extra fees. I’ve gone back and forth with their support team. It’s really disappointing that after spending thousands with this company and recommending it to hundreds of others, this is the way they treat their customers. Just unbelievable.
